Implaner is a digital health technology and tourism platform providing AI-based preliminary treatment estimations and clinic-matching services.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your dental condition.
• Acknowledge that Implaner's AI-generated suggestions are informative and non-diagnostic.
• Not misuse or attempt to access restricted parts of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including algorithms, text, design, and trademarks, belong to Implaner Saglik Teknolojileri ve Turizm Hizmetleri Ltd. Sti.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Implaner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Misinterpretation of AI-based treatment estimates.
• Errors or omissions in third-party integrations (Craniocatch, Gemini, Google, Twilio).
• Clinical results or treatment outcomes provided by independent clinics.

6. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Turkish Law and EU data protection principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by the Courts of Mugla, Türkiye, unless superseded by mandatory EU consumer law.

7. Modifications

Implaner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
